meats offer consumers plenty of options

With three new flavors of sausage and a
packaging change, Brooklyn Cured is differentiating
its products in an on-trend,
competitive category. The new products
will be available for national distribution
in October. The flavors include:
Black Truffle Sausage - pork sausage
with real black truffles and porcini
mushrooms
Hot Chicken Sausage - a chicken
sausage with heat, tangy and bold warm
spices, that is pork-free (inspired by
Nashville Hot Chicken)
Italian Wedding Sausage - a pork
sausage blend with pecorino, carrots
and spinach (inspired by Italian
Wedding Soup)
AIDELLS
Tyson Foods Inc.'s Aidells brand of sausages
and meatballs announced the
launch of Cotija Cheese & Fire-Roasted
Poblano Smoked Beef Sausage Links and
Fire-Roasted Tomato & Romano Cheese
Meatballs to round out the brand's portfolio
of chicken-based ground and
formed products.

Poblano Smoked Beef Sausage Links
are smoked beef sausages that combine
the flavors of cotija cheese and fireroasted
poblano. Fire-Roasted Tomato
& Romano Cheese Meatballs are an
Italian-inspired combination of ground
beef and pork, cheese and bold spices.

Hofmann Sausage Co. is turning its

company introduced its Maple Breakfast
Sausage Links, which were added to
a lineup of Hofmann sausages that
includes JalapeƱo Cheddar, Italian, Beer
Bratwurst and Kielbasa. The company
also offers chicken sausage that comes
in four flavors - Roasted Red Pepper &
Asiago, Harvest Apple, Roasted Garlic
and Tomato & Basil.

a line of premium ground pork sausage

and is made with pork sourced
from American Humane Certified family
farms that raise their animals 100%
