Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers
expanded its menu with new additions,
including a steakburger stacker and
Reese's-themed desserts.
The steakburger stacker features
three patties, American and white cheddar
cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and
fry sauce. Two desserts were added to
the menu: Reese's creamy peanut butter
shake and Reese's crunchy peanut
butter concrete, which both feature
churned vanilla frozen custard, Reese's
Peanut Butter cups, and Reese's peanut
butter sauce.
WHITE CASTLE
White Castle is adding its 1921 Slider with
a spicy twist. The slider features ghost
pepper cheese, topped with caramelized
grilled onions, lettuce and two pickles.

to give Cravers what they want, and
they've been vocal in letting us know
they were looking forward to the return
of the 1921 Slider with ghost pepper
cheese, " said Jamie Richardson, vice
president at White Castle. " This slider
embraces the spice of the cheese while
maintaining the flavors and deliciousness

HUDDLE HOUSE
Atlanta-based Huddle House is test marketing
a new lineup of burgers and other
items in dozens of locations.
* The Green Hatch Chile Burger features
two seasoned beef patties topped with
pepper jack cheese, spicy sweet green
hatch chiles, grilled onions, and red
pepper ranch sauce on a toasted, brioche
bun.
MAMAMANCINI'S
MamaMancini Holdings Inc. recently
announced the launch of on-the-go
products to expand its Meatball in a Cup
product line.
Newly launched products include
Turkey Meatballs in a Cup, Chicken
Cacciatore in a Cup, Chana Masala in a
Cup, Sausage, Peppers and Onions in a
Cup, and Beef & Rice Stuffing in a Cup.
The company said the products are allnatural,
preservative and soy free and
contain no artificial ingredients.
Each cup comes fully cooked and
microwave ready. New packaging also
expands the products' shelf life from
five days to 21 days while retaining taste
and texture.

are layered with American cheese,
salsa verde, tortilla strips, jalapeño
peppers, lettuce, tomato and cheddar
cheese sauce and is served on a
toasted, brioche bun.
* The Prime Rib Tips Burger has one
seasoned, all-beef patty topped with
tender prime rib tips, grilled onions
with a savory au jus, a homemade
garlic sauce and Swiss cheese, on a
toasted brioche bun.

product line follows multiple successful
trials at convenience stores, which
have validated our theory that these
products attract a new consumer segment
and capture an incremental purchase
