Behold the lines
Process Expo is the place to be to witness production
lines in action and featuring the latest in processing
technology. The 2023 edition of the Global Food
Equipment & Technology show will have three exclusive
production lines covering meat, bakery and pet treats.
Show organizers said that " far from being a theoretical
discussion in front of a static exhibit, manufacturers will
get to see it all in action and sit with the experts to learn
what these technologies have to offer. "
TIME-HONORED TRADITION
Curated and installed by leading design firm and Food
Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA_ member, Burns
& McDonnell, the bacon line will feature a collection of
leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to
produce and package these products in the most efficient
way possible. By incorporating artificial intelligence and
advanced automation into these demonstrations, end
users will see firsthand how best to take advantage of the
data for even greater production.

PROCESS EXPO exhibitors have built and demonstrated
actual production lines that highlight the latest innovations
in processing and packaging technologies throughout
the supply chain going as far back as 2017. In so
doing, participants show not only how food manufacturers
can achieve even more efficient automation in their
production, but also demonstrate the great versatility of
all components and the wide variety of applications that
this equipment can provide. These guided demonstrations
will take place three times a day during the Oct. 23-25,
2023, event at Chicago's McCormick Place.

officer of FPSA. " Furthermore, since launching this
concept in 2017, our members in the meat industry have

build a competitive advantage in their production, as well
as their business. "

line come together and how different OEMs can come
together to produce an exceptional product. In addition,
all components in this line can be used in applications
for other products, providing our audience insight into
new opportunities far beyond just bacon. "
Daily's Premium Meats, St. Joseph, Mo., is donating
pork bellies for the bacon processing demonstration.

Attendees can see these technologies live, meet over 350
suppliers from the food and beverage technology industry
and access 40-plus education sessions over the three-day
show.
