Foreword Closer Connections I have been fortunate enough to oversee the transformation of our North America service team into one that is focused, driven, and striving to meet the needs of you, our customer. Just over a year ago, we changed our approach to the market and focused on having a closer relationship with you. Simply put, we want to make it easier for you to work with our team.
