The Campbell's Co., Camden, NJ,
named Mick Beekhuizen the new
president and chief executive officer.
He will succeed current CEO Mark
Clouse, who is leaving the company
for another opportunity. Additionally,
Campbell's promoted Daniel L.
Poland from executive vice president
and chief supply chain officer to
the newly created role of executive
vice president and chief enterprise
transformation officer. Cassandra
Green was promoted to senior vice
president and head of supply chain.
Panera
Panera Brands Inc., St. Louis, Mo.,
announced appointments to its board
of directors. Patrick Grismer has
been promoted to board chair of
Panera Brands. He has held multiple
roles on the company's board since
2022, including audit committee
chair and lead independent director.
Additionally, David Deno has been
named audit committee chair, bringing
more than 40 years of experience in
general management, operations and
financial experience in the restaurant
industry to Panera.
Jarrett Foods
Jarrett Foods, Canon, Ga., named
Jesus (Chuy) Rivas the plant's
maintenance manager. In this role,
Rivas will oversee on-site installations,
repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting
and testing for all the facility's
processing equipment.

Washington, DC-based US
Department of Agriculture's
Food Safety and Inspection
Service announced changes to its
leadership. Denise Eblen has been
promoted to agency administrator,
and Paul Kiecker was appointed
assistant administrator in the Office of
Investigation, Enforcement and Audit.
Subway
Subway, Shelton, Conn., appointed
Carrie Walsh as its interim chief
executive officer. Walsh will guide the
company's strategic growth plans while
it searches for a permanent successor
to former CEO John Chidsey, who
retired at the end of 2024.
Frain Industries
Frain Industries, Carol Stream,
Ill., announced the addition of a
200,000-square-foot showroom
expansion. The new showroom will
provide an immersive, hands-on
experience, where customers can
explore unique, turnkey, plug-and-play
solutions in action.
Nestle
Nestle USA, Rosslyn, Va., promoted
Martin Thompson to chief executive
officer and US market head. He has
been with the company since 2018,
most recently serving as president of
Nestle Coffee Partners.
McCormick
Hunt Valley, Md.-based McCormick
& Co. announced Brendan Foley,
current president and chief executive
officer of the company, has been
elected as a new chair. Lawrence E.
Kurzius, current executive chair of
McCormick, plans to remain on the
board but not run for re-election at the
company's annual shareholder meeting
in March, as he plans to transition into
retirement in the future.
Standard Meat
Dallas, Texas-based Standard Meat
Co. announced that Jill Hunter
will step into the company's newly
created role as senior director of sales
operations. In this position, Hunter will
oversee and optimize sales operations
and project management processes,
while ensuring a seamless coordination
between sales, R&D, finance and
operations teams.
Maple Leaf Centre
for Food Security
The Maple Leaf Centre for Food
Security, Mississauga, Ontario,
announced that Neil Hetherington,
chief executive officer of Daily Bread
Food Bank, joined its board of
directors. He brings years of leadership
experience in the non-profit sector.
Ross Industries
Ross Industries, Midland, Va., named
Fernando Guzman its new packaging
sales manager. Guzman has more than
20 years of experience in the packaging
industry, including tray sealers and VSP
and MAP technology expertise.
