Chicago-based Speco Inc. promoted
Jaclyn LaGro to vice president of
operations and Charlee Antonelli
to vice president of finance. LaGro
and Antonelli are fourth-generation
members of the family-owned Speco
management team, and both have been
active in the meat cutting solutions
business for more than a decade.
Harpak-Ulma
Harpak-Ulma, Taunton, Mass.,
announced that Kevin Roach, the
company's chief executive officer,
would be appointed chairman of
the board. He will replace Charlie
Harlfinger, the longtime chairman
who also served as president of
Harpak-Ulma from 1998 to 2013, who is
retiring.
Enviro-Pak
Enviro-Pak announced Patrick
Martini has become the full owner
of the company and has moved the
company to a new manufacturing plant
in Portland, Ore. Martini has been
with the family company for over four
decades, beginning his career in grade
school as a floor sweeper at his father's
smokehouse manufacturing plant.
FPSA
The Food Production Solutions
Association, McLean, Va., appointed
Allison Wachter as the new vice
president of engagement and business
development. She will oversee
membership, event and volunteer
initiatives as well as play a critical role
in developing new service offerings and
resources for FPSA members.
Jarrett Foods
Canon, Ga.-based Jarrett Foods
appointed Neil Martin as plant
manager of its newly remodeled
facility. Martin brings nearly 30 years of
experience in overseeing production at
several plants for two national poultry
processing companies.
Bion
Bion Technologies Inc., Old
Bethpage, NY, announced Turk
Stovall, chief executive officer of
Stovall Ranching, is joining its board
of directors to lead a joint venture
between Bion and Stovall Ranching.
The joint venture will develop a nextgeneration
cattle feeding facility.
Cloverleaf
Saint Joseph, Mo.-based Cloverleaf
Animal Welfare Systems announced
two recent leadership appointments
as part of its global expansion efforts.
Lauren Davis was promoted to
president of the company, and Jamee
Eggers was named the new chief
operating officer.
Target
Minneapolis-based Target Corp.
promoted Rick Gomez to chief
commercial officer. Stepping into his
former position, Lisa Roath is taking
over as chief merchandising officer
for food, essentials and beauty. The

The Des Moines, Iowa-based National
Pork Board announced Patrick
Fleming is returning to the board to
serve as vice president of demand
development. Fleming will lead the
marketing and domestic demand
team in a novel, data-driven approach
to increase the relevancy of pork to
American consumers.
NTF
The Washington-based National
Turkey Federation announced the
appointments of Dale Nellor as senior
vice president of government affairs
and Taya Machado as marketing
manager. Nellor succeeds Leslee
Oden, who assumed her new role as
president and chief executive officer of
the association.
Stryve Foods
Stryve Foods Inc., Plano,
Texas, elected Kevin Vivian as the
new chairman of the board. Vivian
brings an extensive background in
consumer goods and expertise in
driving growth in CPG.
Seaboard Foods
Seaboard Foods, Shawnee Mission,
Kan., announced Chad Groves as the
company's new president and chief
executive officer. Groves succeeds
Peter Brown, who is retiring.
