cryogenic technologies
Messer is helping food processors during
the COVID-19 pandemic by installing
innovative cryogenic technologies
to address production challenges.
As consumer demand shifts to retail
channels, the cryogenic technologies
are boosting production of existing
processing lines and quickly adding
capacity to new lines. In addition, due
to the reduced availability of carbon
dioxide (CO2), Messer is converting
customers to liquid nitrogen (LIN)
and thus improving their security of
supply. At IPPE 2022 (Booth C11529),
Messer will showcase its patented
high-capacity Wave Impingement
freezer, bottom injection chilling
technology with Kryojector injectors
and its Cross-Flow tunnel freezer.

Bag-in-box packaging
Founded in 1986 by Gerrit Jan
Nieuwenhuis, Niverplast specializes
in a line of bag-in-box packaging
machines including the CombiPlast,
EasyPlast and VarioSeal machines.
The CombiPlast combines box erecting
and bag inserting technology in one
compact solution with the ability to
speed up to 15 boxes per minute. The
EasyPlast is a high-quality packaging
solution for automatic bag inserting

Forming system
The 745H Forming System from
NuTEC Manufacturing runs 15 to
65 strokes per minute with a 400-lb
hopper. The system is also a hydraulic
multi-outlet patty machine. The
system is designed to deliver reliable
productivity in a small package.
Featuring accurate weight control and
quick tooling changes, the 745H can
be easily moved from one area of the
plant to another to maximize flexibility.
The unique design of the 745H Food
Forming System features a rotary vane
pump that gently moves product into
the fill area without overworking or
back flow. Processors can form a wide
variety of different raw material.

Interleaving
flexibility
Coated with a variety of waxes or
wax blends, Patty Paper Inc.'s broad
selection of paper is used not only
to separate hamburger patties as the
name implies, it is also used with
cheese, poultry, pork, bakery and
deli foods. PPI's converted papers
include patty interleaving, cheese
slice interleaving, picking paper,
bulker or roll stock paper, and sheeted
waxed paper or peach/pink, green
and black steak paper. PPI sells paper

Thermoforming
packaging
Rollstock's RA-200 is a thermoforming
packaging machine for food, non-food
and medical products. This machine is
just 11 ½ feet long and could be used
for entry-level packaging applications.
The RA-200 features matched forming
and sealing die tooling, one flying
cross-cut knife system, a vacuum pump
with quick disconnects, a built-in trim
removal system and full PLC control.
It also has solid frame (aluminum
or stainless steel) construction.

Pre-insulated piping
COOL-FIT PE Plus from GF Piping
Systems includes a complete range
of pre-insulated pipes, fittings and
valves that efficiently convey glycol,
brine, ethanol and chilled water at
temperatures from -58°F to 140°F
(-50°C to 60°C). All surfaces are sealed,
vapor tight and are 100% UV-resistant.
