The Risco full vacuum filler model RS 650 is specially designed and developed for filling high quality ham products from large whole muscle pieces. The Risco special concentric " Long Life " filling system ensures delicate and precise filling whilst maintaining product structure, colour and original quality. Two separate efficient vacuum systems remove any residual air from the product, providing higher quality and a longer shelf-life.
