competition. The University Class
provides a venue for students who
have an interest in processed meats to
compete at the intercollegiate level.
The ACMC awards will name a
Grand Champion, Reserve Grand
Champion, Champion and Reserve
Champion in 29 different classes
including the 2018 Featured Class of
Small Diameter BBQ Sausage.
AAMP has already selected dates
and locations for the 2019 and 2020
conventions - July 25-27, 2019, in
Mobile, Alabama, and July 30-Aug. 1,
2020, in Des Moines, Iowa.
Non-AAMP members are welcome
to attend the convention - those
belonging to other national trade
organizations will receive the same
AAMP member registration rate.
