other, and are growing. We are searching for a person who is familiar with the training and
operation in several of these areas:
* Design Lay out
* Packaging equipment
* Waste Water
* Production Maintenance
* Ammonia Refrigeration
* Thermal Fluid

The ability to implement and operate computerized maintenance systems for PM's, scheduling, parts inventories and consolidated ordering. This position has responsibilities for

Senior Manager, Q.A. & Food Safety, for
U.S. beef division. Responsibilities include the quality and safety of all products
used and produced, directing all Quality
Assurance and Food Safety functions.
Works closely with Corporate Quality, R &
D, and Food Safety staff, plant Q.A., Food
Safety and Manufacturing management
employees, and customer representatives,
ensuring excellence in product quality,
product safety and customer satisfaction.
This dynamic and experienced individual,
will be an outstanding communicator, will
strive for very positive results, and can
energize others to unite toward accomplishing common goals. Ten years of
food production industry experience and
Masters Degree in Meat Science, Food
Science or related field is required. Meat
Industry experience and Ph.D. preferred.
Proficiency in computer usage, S.P.C.
methods, and knowledge of and experience with HACCP are essential. Troubleshooting and statistical testing methodologies experience is expected.
Located in the Midwest, some travel can
be expected. Candidates should expect

* Individual must have 3 years of management
experience preferably in food production or
sanitation. Must be able to work in a fast-paced
environment.
* Knowledge of food plant sanitation, SSOP's,
HACCP, FDA, USDA and OSHA Safety Regulations.
* Demonstrate skills in safety training and procedures, sanitation, plant inspections and audits.
Ability to motivate and manage.
* Good interpersonal skills interacting with
customer management and all levels of company
employees. Able to multi-task several projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Ensure highly disciplined compliance with all
regulatory and Company defined food safety and
sanitation standards, systems, procedures and
practices.
