with 10+ years meat manufacturing experience.
Challenging position with excellent salary and
benefits with a rapidly growing, Central New
Jersey privately owned hamburger and specialty
meats processor. Minimum BS degree. Must
understand HACCP, GMP's, SSOP's, TQM,
regulatory issues. Must be able to design specs
and procedures, develop and maintain quality
system, oversee sanitation program, control
costs for department and supervise employees.
Will interact with plant management, government
agencies, customers and suppliers and will
report directly to the CEO.
